We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, please review the following policy carefully.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact Customer Service within 3 days of receiving your wig. Your return request should be emailed to thesheitelsurgeon@gmail.com and include the following information:

Your order number
Your full name
The reason for the return

Once your return is approved, the wig must be in transit within 6 days of the delivery date, and a valid tracking number must be provided within that time.

Example: If your wig is delivered on Tuesday you must contact Customer Service by Friday, and the wig must be shipped with a valid tracking number no later than Monday.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the returned wig must:

Be in new, unused condition
Have all original tags attached
Have the lace uncut
Be unaltered in any way, including cutting, coloring, styling, or washing
Be free of makeup, stains, odors, or any other signs of wear or damage

Inspection & Refunds

All returned wigs will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt. If the wig shows any signs of wear, damage, alterations, missing tags, or otherwise does not meet the return requirements, the return will be denied, no refund will be issued, and the wig will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Please note that final sale wigs are not eligible for returns.

Our Value Collection features 100% human hair wigs thoughtfully selected to offer beautiful, natural-looking styles at a competitive price. These wigs provide an affordable alternative while maintaining the quality and appearance our customers expect.
As with all human hair wigs, slight variations in color, texture, density, and overall appearance are natural and make each piece unique. The Value Collection is designed for customers seeking excellent value and may differ from our premium collections in hair quality, longevity, and level of customization.
Please Note: All wigs in the Value Collection are final sale. These wigs are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. We encourage you to review all product details carefully and contact our customer service department with any questions before placing your order.
